In the woods

Danny looked up at the sky and frowned..looked like rain. He couldn't remember how long he had been in the woods, a couple hours, maybe? He had been on a camping trip with his cub scout troop and they had left him behind when he wandered off. He didn't have his camping gear, either. all of his stuff was with the cub scout leaders. He wondered if his parents were looking for him. Probably.

I'll bet they're looking for me right now. He thought. He hoped it was true.

Sooner or later someone would be sure to check the woods. Or maybe they realized he was left behind and is coming right now! It would be a long bus ride home.He was only an 11 year old boy. What was he going to do?

He soon figured out the answer to that question............................

What is he going to do? Wo will he meet? Will anything exciting happen? A new pet, maybe?
