A horror/suspense writing about a group of people who visit a haunted insane asylum. |
| The story takes place in the present day, following the life of an infamous, disgruntled ghost hunter named Jamison Priest. Due to a horrific accident in which a friend of his lost his life on an investigation, he's become hell-bent on setting things right in his life by seeking salvation in saving people. Even though it wasn't his fault, the blame is put on him, which causes the public to turn their heads away. His life spirals downward as he loses his money, his business, and he falls into depression. To make a name for himself and put him back on the map, he seeks out to conduct an investigation on a deserted island a few miles off the coast of Maine. The island is home to one of the scariest places on earth, Penta Isle Sanitarium. Priest sees this as an opportunity and with the pressure mounting on him to turn his life around, he leads a small team of people to the sanitarium....where the only question that enters their head is "will I get out alive?" |
