can anything yell refreshing louder
buds of leaves on the trees?
the scent of fallen rain?
the sound of a can of soda opened?
the taste of sweet orange juice on the tongue?
No.
the sensation of hands dipping into the placid pool
cupping to lift a tiny puddle in the hands
splashing coolness over a hot sweaty face.
