The news is very dark of late, I don't like it. Enough said of that. However, not all the news is dark. Think about Elon Musk and his accomplishments for a bit. He is launching up to 40,000 satellites to create a more structured internet across the globe. More importantly, he is in the process of putting in a neural link which will be hard wired directly to the brain! How cool is that? Lots of conditions will be able to be fixed with that. Of course, this is not a new idea. Actually, we have been connecting electrodes to the brains of animals since the 40s and humans even, in the 50's. Humans didn't live too long, but it could be they were short of life span anyway. The point is, we are way past such cruelties and much more advanced now. Note that someone could be connected to these satellites? How much closer are we to being able to create a stasis for long distance travel? Makes me wonder, it does.

I would do it, yes I would. I would volunteer for an implant. Not that I would be given a chance to have it done. Am I crazy? This is a lot of trust, but trust is what we need, I think...Have a great day!
