"Prompt: Write about Cabin Fever."
Cabin fever is what people get when they don't obey the Lord and we all have to stay inside because man is trying to keep catching COVID-19. I have cabin fever myself, but that is under control now. I ventured out and got me a Starbucks Triple Chocolate something or other. It settles my craving for something sweet.
COVID-19 will pass but God's anger toward people will not. God is tired of watching His creations backstabbing each other and breaking His every command. Corporate greed is terrible and it is just as bad in God's eyes as government complacency. Corporate greed is what is leading this world to hell in a handbag. The corporations put the bottom line ahead of human need and God won't tolerate that. To here corporations tell it anything under $20.00 is free. I spent twenty minutes the other day signing up for something because it was advertised as free. When I completed the sign up it tried to charge me $5.00! Free means free people. It means nada, zero, zilch, nothing! If a common person advertised something as "free" and then tried to charge $5.00 for it, they would be arrested for fraud. Well God sees all these idiots doing this and He is angry.
Lawsuits are outrageous any more. I know a man who lost his house because some criminal tried to break in and got hurt in the process and arrested. The criminal then sued the man and won because he was hurt breaking into the man's house! Shyster lawyers back up these idiots and twist the law to use against the little guy. Then we wonder why we are being punished?
Wake up people. Quit legalizing things God calls sin! Outlaw Adam and Steve marriages because God says they are an abomination. Outlaw abortion because God says it is murder. Put prayer and discipline back in school!
Prompt: "Your most excruciatingly embarrassing moment. We’ve all got one."
I don't want to discuss my embarrassing moments because they are embarrassing.
No really, my most embarrassing moment was right before I got my hearing aids. I was working as a volunteer at the Salvation Army. My job was to give out food and if needed be a carry out person. Well a pregnant woman came in, obviously due anytime. She got a big order of groceries and other stuff. It was obviously more than she could carry and I asked her where she lived so I could help her home with her stuff. She said "I'm parked right out there."
I thought she said "I'm at the Park."
The park is about two miles away and I knew it was too far, so I told her I couldn't help her. Then I watched as this poor pregnant lady struggled to get her stuff to a car not thirty feet away! I was immensely embarrassed. I made an appointment with the audiologist and now have hearing aids!
