My Movie Treatment and The Musicology Anthology Challenge

Yes, I know that this Blog entry is a little later than it usually is. But it’s not late like it was yesterday. I didn’t have any problems with my laptop. At least not with it crashing. Just the normal slowness of it. That’s the real reason why this Blog is so late in getting posted. It’s all because of The Musicology Anthology Challenge.

I wanted to get my Challenge ready to be Created. At first, I didn’t think that I could do that. That I would have to find another way to copy and paste the song lyrics for it. But after some testing, and a lot of luck, I found a way to do it. That is what I have been doing for the last three-plus hours. I finally got them all done, though.

True, I still need to Create my book. But I will do that after I get home from work today. I’m not sure how long that will take. But I’m going to not just Create my book, but the fifty-two entries for my short stories. All that will be in those entries right now are the lyrics. I’ll add the short stories after I finish them. I’m just not sure how I’m going to do it.

There are several ways that I can do it. I can do them on an individual basis after I finish writing them, I can update them in groups, or I can do it after I finish all of them. Probably won’t do them as a group or all at once. More than likely, I will do them right after I finish them. I still haven’t decided that yet. But that’s probably how I will handle this Challenge.

I also plan on doing my first Short Story before I go to sleep tonight. But that all depends on how long it takes me to Create my book and to put the fifty-two lyrics into it. If I can get it Created quick enough, I may be able to write my first Short Story. I doubt that I will be able to get it done. But I may be able to start it, though.

Now for the first part of my title for this Blog entry. How did I do yesterday with my Water Wars scriptwriting project at work? I think that I did a very good job when it comes to my Movie Treatment for this project. True, I only got twenty-one done. But that helped me finish Act Five. I probably could have gotten about five to ten more done. Only I decided not to do it.

Why did I do twenty-one? It’s because I forgot to mention that I had a sixth Establishing Shots yesterday. I still did twenty scene paragraphs. But two of them were Establishing Shots. I know that sounds a little confusing. It is for me too. And I’m the one writing them. Once I get them typed I think that it will become a lot clearer.

What am I going to do today? I’m going to continue working on my Water Wars scriptwriting project aka the movie Treatment. I don’t know how many I’m going to get done. But I wouldn’t be surprised if I can get twenty-five to thirty or more done today. After all, it is Saturday. And Saturdays are normal very slow at work. At least it will be if it’s a typical Saturday.
