Life is a series of resurections
filled with tales of misconceptions.
Responses marked with indescretions
echo through our best intentions.
Our shadows fall and hide them all,
remembering best only what we care to recall.
All that burns builds up inside
but it's too much intake to try to hide.

The blood on your hands is cold and shamed,
nothing like the type that's in your veins.
In your head you can not attest
to all of the details that claim you're blessed.
You were born with the right to choose,
so why not opt with nothing to lose?
Only you know all your answers.
You can be your own doctor and cure your cancer.
         Life is a series of resurections.
         You are not the one to go this direction.
         Life is a series of problems and solutions.
         You have to know what you're doing...soon.

You talk to God every night,
hoping and praying He'll make you right.
But you're the one you see in the mirror.
You're the one who has to think near.
The signs are flashing all around.
You don't know becaus ethey have no sounds.
Instead of trying to fight your demons
you better start thinkin' 'bout their meanings.
         Life is a series of resurections,
         detailed by your incarnations.
         Life contains an unfinished chapter.
         The only unknown should be the author.
                   You don't write the endings...
                   you don't know.
