Steps of City Hall; Manhattan N.Y.
August 21

Sirens silence and sound as patrol car inches through the crowd of reporters.  Mayor Haskins steps out from the patrol car and hurries the steps to Brooklyn Precinct #33.
“Is The Iron Ghost real?”
A noise cloud filled with ‘yeahs and shuffling feet and clicking cameras and crashing questions rising from a crowd of well over a hundred. 
All movers and shakers and the Governor can not get near this one.
“Mr. Mayor why can’t we get ‘em?”
The Mayor lifts his hands lowering the roar to something he can speak over.
“The shack murders have not been definitely linked…if it is the same killer this is our first crack at him…we’re on it!”
