My So-Called Perfunctory Existence

This is indeed a disturbing universe...

Well finally Memorial Day weekend arrives and
guess what? I'm under the weather, the
weather happens to be crappy and I have
homework to do. This is the last time I will be
able to actually do lots of stuff before exams
and basically the world caves in. My friend
John won tickets to a showing of the Voyager
finale for tonight, but no... my parents have to
be all mean and parental and not let me go.
Then I missed the last two days of school and
I have to make up a lot of work and my gym
class or else I'll start sinking in grades-not like
I'm not already. Plus it's close to the end of
the year and I really can't afford to miss much
work because come exam time I'm gonna be
in deep shit. Then because I suddenly
realized that exams are mighty soon, I figure
that I pretty much have this and next weekend
and the friday after that to do stuff before I truly
have to hit the books. That with all new
movies coming out, my relatives coming back
from Florida and a barage of birthdays. Why
can't life work right for once???? I'm going
back to bed...
