CONFUSING WEB SITES
I just ordered something from a Web site, susposedly a health item. But the disappointing part was that after I indicated what I wanted how the site was set-up to have me order more of the same or something else. Also, doing it on my phone, which I try not to, makes it even more difficult. I kept tapping the button as it didn't give me any indication that the first tap went through. Finally, it did and went on to the next item, and next item, and four or five more. All to confusing for me. Finally, getting to the price, I see I have ordered something I don't even know what it is. I finally had to call the people, who were nice put tried to sell me more. I insisted I only want the original order, no extras and please remove the other item.

The assistant on the other end of the conversation was very nice, and agreed to remove the other item. He also told me what to expect on my money adjustment and on my shipping. I did get emails indicating that they would follow through and so that was reassuring. But, I sure wish they would not put in all the other items to confuse us when we are trying to order one thing. I was a poorly (or purposely) written Web page!

I guess this is my beef of the day!!
