BM24 Outline Part A



SCENE 1:

Jack Torres visiting his step-brother Marcus Deville in prison.

System plans to move Marcus to a maximum security prison upstate where he will await execution.

The two brothers talk in code about the invitations to the “party” have been delivered and the scene was set with a couple of minor complications.

As Jack leaves, he tells Marcus “See you on the other side”.



SCENE 2:

Doug ________ sitting at his desk in the motel room.

Doug on the phone with his agent. His last novel is already going to paperback at a much smaller royalty than was expected. They are expecting something new and fresh from Doug but he has been blocked for several months. The agent says he must turn his attention to other clients. They hang up and Doug pushes the stack of books off the desk.

Wheels over to answer a knock at the door. Concierge explains that Doug’s credit cards have been declined and they were instructed to destroy the cards. Doug will have to vacate the premises no later than Friday noon. Before he leaves, the concierge gives Doug the invitation.



SCENE 3:

Tim being let go from the Fire Station pending an investigation into him falsifying his papers that got him the job and suspected arson.

As he is leaving, he tries to call his witness protection handler. Finds out his handler has been murdered.

As he approaches his car, a dark SUV screeches around the corner. A man leaning out the passenger window wears a ski mask and has an automatic weapon. He shoots up Tim’s car and Tim is forced to flee amidst more gunfire.

Tim gets to a safe place and reaches inside his jacket to hold his chest while he catches his breath. Once he calms down, he feels something inside his jacket. He pulls out the invitation.



SCENE 4:

The breakout. Marcus is taken by three armed guards to a green SUV. Two other green SUVs and 4 green unmarked cars pull out of the garage surrounding M.SUV.

The helicopter escort has been hijacked. Another helicopter joins the fray. First helicopter drops a cable with two men dressed in black with hi-powered weapons. They fire on the front SUV and put it out of commission along with UMC1.

Second helicopter uses a small rocket launcher to take out the rear SUV. Explosion takes out UMC3&4.

First helicopter attaches cable to M.SUV. Man in black fires weapon through roof killing the driver. 2nd man in black breaks window on passenger side and slips inside. There’s gunfire inside after which man in black reappears out window. Rear passenger door opens and body falls out. Marcus in shackles leans out and men in black lift him out of SUV. They put Marcus in a harness and disconnect the cable from the SUV.

Two helicopters fly away. Mission accomplished.

Boarding the van.
