Chapter 4: Giant Toads

Morning came to Axel, as the suns rays hit Austin's face he started to wake up from his sleep, when his eyes were fully

opened he let out a yawn then he felt his head between two shot cushions, remembering what happened last night Austin

blushed and tried to get up and out of bed but something was holding him down and he knew what no who it was that was

holding him down.

"Artoria it's time to get up we need to meet up with Kazuma and Aqua at the guild." said Austin

"Five more minutes master." said Artoria

"Artoria, I'm warning you let me go right now and get up and out of bed or I'll make you." said Austin

"No thanks I'm fine." said Artoria

"You've been warned." said Austin

Austin moved his hands to Artoria's belly and started to tickle it, Artoria's eyes shoot wide open and started to laugh from

being ticked.

"(Laughing) no fair (laughing) master you can't (laughing) tickle me like that (laughing)." said Artoria

"I just did, now are you going to get up or am I going to tickle you to death?" asked Austin

"(Laughing) alright you (laughing) win I'll (laughing) get up." said Artoria

Austin then stopped tickling Artoria and the said girl got up from the bed and Austin got up from bed and stretched his

body out.

"I'll get you back for that one day master." said Artoria

"You're welcome to try Artoria." said Austin

The two of them got ready for the day then Austin looked at his weapon and began to think about something.

"Is there something wrong master?" asked Artoria

"No Artoria just thinking of a name for my weapon." said Austin

"Anything comes to mind?" asked Artoria

"Just one Tiger Drake Muramasa." said Austin

Then Austin's weapon began to shine then letters were engraved into the scabbier the light faded and the name was

now visually.

"Seems your weapon agrees with you master." said Artoria

The two then exited the inn and made their to the guild and took a seat at an empty table, Kazuma and Aqua arrived shortly

after and all four of them had breakfast, after everyone was full they went to the quest board to find an easy quest for

them to take.

"How about this one we just have to kill five giant toads in three days, it's close to Axel and we can split the pay

evenly?" asked Kazuma

"Seems good to me let's check with Luna about these toads." said Austin

The group then walked towards Luna to inquire more information about the toads they would be facing.

"Giant toads are very easy to kill with the right weapons either by magic attacks or physical attacks, but do be careful

using powerful magic attacks like explosion will draw out more toads from underground also they can swallow humans whole

thought they dislike metals." said Luna

"Alright thanks for the info Luna." said Austin

The group then left the guild to the outskirts of Axel, only to find it over crawling with giant toads.

"Kazuma can I see the quest again please?" asked Austin

"Um sure." said Kazuma

Kazuma then handed Austin the quest and he looked it over.

"This looks like it was posted a day ago when their were less toads, but something must have happen in that day like a

powerful magic spell to cause this many toads to appear." said Austin

"So in other words this just got more complicated." said Kazuma

"Doesn't matter all these toads will feel my power." said Aqua

Aqua was about to charge in blindly but Artoria stopped her by grabbing her collier.

"If you rushed in like that you will surly get eaten by one of the toads." said Artoria

"She's right Aqua, we need a plan there are literally a hundred toads and only four of us we need to think of a-where did

she go?" asked Austin

Aqua somehow got out of Artoria's grip and everyone saw her charge at a toad and punched it, but her punch just cause the

toad to look at her and eat her causing Austin to face palm himself.

"Oh for the love of Eris, Kazuma rescue Aqua, Artoria and I will take care of twenty five toads each then you and Aqua

take on the other fifty with the two of us backing you up." said Austin

"You got it." said Kazuma

It took everyone twenty minutes to take care of all the toads even with Artoria's skills and Austin's weapon and magic

spells, but they were able to defeat ever toad that was in the field.

"Alright nice job everyone not bad for a first day out in the field." said Austin

"Not bad I'm covered in stomach acid over here." complained Aqua

"Well maybe if you would've let me come up with a plain you wouldn't be covered in stomach acid in the first place, if you

run in carelessly like that on a stronger opponent you would've been killed instantly, now lets get these bodies to the

guild." said Austin
