Helena thinks she hit the jackpot!

Ms. Bertenelli shrugged and chuckled, shaking her head in disbelief. "Well I'm sure not going to turn down this offer!" She pushed her chair back slightly and gestured to the ground in front of her. "Here you go!"
Helena watched you unflinchingly, still flabbergasted at your behavior (and at her luck), as you sat on the floor cross legged.
You looked up at her and felt aroused and in awe. There you were, at your teachers feet, while she stared down at you, amused by your submissiveness. You shifted to hide your excitement. Helena lifted up her beautiful nylon covered feet and placed them in your lap. You wondered if you were dreaming. You had enjoyed how rank her feet were when you were massaging them before, but now they were closer, and the stench was divine.
You apparently had stared at her feet for a little too long. "Hey! Get to work!" she scolded jokingly, poking you in the stomach with her beautiful toes.
You didn't get the joke in time and acted immediately, afraid to lose this opportunity. "Yes ma'am! Do you prefer both at once, or one at a time?" you responded.
Helena laughed at your expense "Oh you're so silly! I was joking! Though since you ask, I would prefer one foot at a time, yes."
In a move which shocked Helena, you then preceded to take her left foot....and place it on your left shoulder. You then took her right foot with both your hands and massaged it thoroughly, focusing all your attention onto it.
This time your teacher actually snorted with laughter. She couldn't believe how far he was going! This was just ridiculous. Still, she didn't remove her foot, and felt bizarrely content using his shoulder as her footrest.
Your new servile behavior has Helena feeling more comfortable with you than with any other student, so she doesn't think anything of cracking a few jokes at your expense. While you diligently massage the heel and arch of her right foot, she occasionaly mocks you good naturedly.
"Not much for teen rebellion, huh?"
"Rubbing the teachers feet won't earn you many points with the cool kids"
"If only you were this hard working in class!"
