Re: New Changes

While I don't exactly understand exactly what you're trying to print, there were no intentional changes to printability in portfolios. Unfortunately, you're still using MSIE 7, so we can't test it here; Microsoft no longer makes it available for installation due to all the bugs and security problems with it.

New Changes

I was wondering, have the new changes changed anything in our ports? I tried printing out an outline from an entry in my novel that I am working on and the entire format has changed when I set it up to print. I will not even print the colors I have set up to be printed. Everything is put in bold black where orange writing should be.
This only happens fr...[Read Full Post]

I love the notepad you have on the website.
I've been using it for rough drafts before putting it as a static item.
One question........how do I see the word count on my work?

Re: Chapter order

Hi groovygirl,

You can order your chapters by going to Item Tools in the upper right corner of the item, then click Manage Book.

You'll give the chapter you want to appear first, the highest number. It tells you this in Manage.

I'd also suggest putting a link in Chapter One that takes a reader to Chapter Two and so on, it's real han...[Read Full Post]

How do I set my chapters in order in my book? I have the prologue and first chapter, set as private, while I work on it. It shows up with chapter 1, the my prologue. Hey, there!

You can always go back to the item, clear the rating and review it again. No need to send GPs, hon.

Hope that helps!

The Item's owner has it restricted to members with an Upgraded Membership or above. Since your membership is Basic, you're getting denied access.

They can edit the item and adjust the "Membership Restrictions:" setting to allow you access.

That is a bit odd. The item itself doesn't have any restrictions on it so you should be able to view it.

If you are communicating with the member who requested the review, I'd suggest asking them if they accidentally added you to the ignore list. It could happen, but it's more likely that this is a bug of some sorts.
